About Owsley and Associates

Steven Owsley is a native Houstonian. His father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all Texas trial lawyers. Mr. Owsley graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 1980 and enrolled in South Texas College of Law. In 1984 he graduated from law school and was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1985. Mr. Owsley expects to be licensed in the State of California in the near future.

Mr. Owsley has over 20 years experience in both state and federal court. His first job as lawyer was in the Travis County Attorney's office as a state prosecutor. He then left for private practice and has tried over a hundred personal injury cases including car accidents, trucking accidents, and medical malpractice. Steven Owsley has dedicated his life to representing individuals who have been involved in life changing incidents.
